RoadAid (hereinafter referred to as “RoadAid,” or “we,” or “us,” “our”) is an internal application for the maintenance and operation of assets managed by Cube Highways and Transportation Assets Advisors Private Limited across India.
RoadAid operates the portal in India, which offers maintenance and operations for highways through the web-portal https://cube.roadaid.in/ . Any person utilizing the portal (“User” or “you” or “your”) or any of its features including participation in various maintenance and operations shall be bound by this Privacy Policy. RoadAid respects the privacy of its Users and is committed to protecting it in all respects.
To offer an enriching and holistic internet experience to its Users, RoadAid collects information about Users through two primary means: (i) information supplied by Users, and (ii) information automatically tracked during Users’ navigation on RoadAid. Before you submit any information to the portal, please read this Privacy Policy for an explanation of how we will treat your Personal Information. By using any part of the portal, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and to the collection, processing and maintenance of this information.

To avail all the RoadAid features on the portal and app, Users would be required to provide certain information for the registration process namely:

By using the portal, you hereby expressly agree and grant consent to the collection, processing, usage and storage of your information by RoadAid. RoadAid reserves the right to share, disclose and transfer information collected hereunder with its affiliates. In the event RoadAid sells or transfers all or a portion of its business assets, consumer information may be one of the business assets that are shared, disclosed or transferred as part of the transaction.
Further, RoadAid reserves the right to disclose Personal Information as obligated by law, in response to duly authorized legal process, governmental requests and as necessary to protect the rights and interests of RoadAid.
We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers solely for the purpose of providing services on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Use of Cookies
To improve the effectiveness and usability of the portal for our Users, we use "cookies", or such similar electronic tools to collect information. These tools assign each visitor a unique random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the User's individual interests based on the identified computer. Unless the User voluntarily identifies himself/herself (e.g., through registration), RoadAid has no way of knowing who the User is, even if we assign a cookie to the User's computer. The only Personal Information a cookie can contain is information supplied by the User. A cookie cannot read data off the User's hard drive.
RoadAid’s advertisers may also assign their own cookies to the User's browser if the User clicks on their ad banners; however, this process is not controlled by RoadAid.
RoadAid's web servers automatically collect limited information about User's computer's connection to the internet, including the User's IP address, when the User visits the portal. The User's IP address is a number that allows computers connected to the Internet know where to send data to the User, such as the web pages viewed by the User. The User's IP address does not identify the User personally. RoadAid uses this information to deliver its web pages to Users upon request, tailor its portal to the interests of its Users, measure traffic within the portal, and inform advertisers of the geographic locations from which RoadAid's visitors come.

The portal may contain links to external websites. These websites are governed by their own privacy policies, which are beyond RoadAid's control. Once the User leaves RoadAid's servers (indicated by the URL in the location bar on the User's browser), any information provided by the User is subject to the privacy policy of the site being visited. If the User is unable to locate the Privacy Policy of any of these external, the User shall contact the site directly for more information. RoadAid is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these linked websites, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by RoadAid.

All information collected by RoadAid is securely
stored within a RoadAid-controlled
database. This database is stored on servers secured by firewalls, with access
restricted through password-protection and granted strictly on a need-to-know
basis. However, while we employ robust security measures, no system can be
fully impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our
database, nor can we guarantee that information you transmit to us over the
internet will not be intercepted.
Please note that any information you post in publicly accessible discussion areas will be available to anyone with internet access. By using the portal, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be used, processed, transferred, and stored in countries other than India.
RoadAid also recognizes that the internet is an evolving medium, and we may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect any changes deemed appropriate without prior notice to you. RoadAid DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL, ITS SERVERS, OR EMAIL SENT BY US OR ON OUR BEHALF ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROADAID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE FUNCTIONALITY, AVAILABILITY, OR SECURITY OF THE PORTAL.
ROADAID SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING
FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PORTAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS
OPPORTUNITIES, INCOME,

IN NO EVENT SHALL RoadAid BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS PORTAL, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ROADAID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Retention of Data
Your Personal Information may be retained or used as long as: (i) it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy; and (ii) applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or legitimate business interests require its retention. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
